“Because of the settlement disclosure I can only say that my case was against my employer who was a non-subscriber meaning that they don’t subscribe to TX Worker’s Comp and are therefore self-insured. These cases are usually difficult to settle, and most attorneys will either stall on the return call or not take them at all. On an off chance I found Eric Marye’s office just prior to turning my case over to another well-known Dallas firm. After meeting with Christina, the paralegal for Eric Marye, and sharing the circumstances surrounding my injuries, she was very confident in their firm’s ability to get a judgement and didn’t hesitate to take on my case. Given the complexities of my case, I feel It was settled in a fair amount of time. If I can impart a piece of advice that I wish I had followed is that you never sign agreements while under the control of pain medication and always negotiate the attorney fees prior to signing such agreements. Despite that, if you want results, I believe The Marye Law Firm is a top-notch firm, and I would recommend their office in cases like these.”

“2 yes ago I was struck by a drunk driver in front of my house and rendered my vehicle a total loss .The officer was super friendly with the other driver and did not take me seriously.The officer was not concerned with how I felt or what I had to say .He mainly focused on the other driver.
